Ich freue mich diese Bewertung abgeben zu können den es gibt doch noch Firmen, die ein perfektes Service bieten.
Wir haben uns für ein Chill Tubs Lite Eisbad entschieden da wir auf der Dachterrasse eine Gewichtsbeschränkung hatten.
Zu unserer Freude lag Angebot bei FinA Wellnes knapp 40 % unter den anderen Händler im Netz. (Spezielle Aktion aber Neuware)
Die Beratung und Bereitstellung der benötigten Daten für unseren Statiker per Telefon und E-Mail war kompetent und Lückenlos. (bis 22:00!!!)
Kaufabwicklung auf der Homepage einfach und schnell erledigt und ich wurde regelmäßig über den Status der Bestellung informiert.
Vor der Lieferung wurde ich mit Anleitungsvideos versorgt, um mich schon mal mit dem Bad vertraut zu machen.
Lieferung kam zwei Wochen vor geplanten Termin durch eine Spedition. Produkt war sicher in einer hochwertigen Holzbox verpackt und hatte keine Mängel.
Bei der Inbetriebnahme entstandene Fragen zur Montage der Abdeckung wurden sofort per Telefon beantwortet und zusätzliche Filter persönlich bei uns vom Geschäftsführer vorbeigebracht.
Final kann ich mich nur herzlich bedanken und ein großes Lob an das Team von FinA Wellness aussprechen. Heutzutage ist es leider wirklich zur Seltenheit geworden das man sich als Kunde so gut Beraten und umsorgt fühlen kann.
