* Special shipments and bulky items are excluded from free shipping. Bulky items are defined as those whose length or width exceeds 2.40 m or whose height exceeds 2.20 m (packaging dimensions)—typically swim spas, Outdoor Saunas, and other large items. We calculate shipping costs for these products on a case-by-case basis—you’ll find the respective costs clearly listed on the product page or in your shopping cart (shipping cost calculator). Shipping costs for orders under €300
If your order total is less than €300, there is a flat shipping fee of €19.90.
