Developed for modern cooling applications, it enables controlled ice bath experiences without the need for permanent installation—at home, in the bathroom, or in a mobile setup.

Function & use – Winthera Ice Master Light Chiller, also suitable for bathtubs

The Winthera Chiller is a compact solution for active water cooling of ice baths up to 300 liters. Weighing only 23 kg, the system is easy to transport and flexible to use. With a suitable adapter, the Ice Master Light can be connected not only to ice baths, but also directly to your bathtub at home.

The temperature can be adjusted to 3 °C and is conveniently controlled via an iOS or Android app. An integrated filter system ensures clean water with low maintenance, while quiet operation allows for use in living rooms and bathrooms.

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
