The Polar Spa Comfort Family 220 – Hot Tub for large groups
The largest model in the COMFORT line is specifically designed as a family hot tub. The wraparound bench seats up to 8 Persons, making the Polar Spa Comfort Family 220 a social hub in the garden. In the summer, it serves as a refreshing pool; on winter evenings, as a cozy hot tub. The external 40-kW wood-burning stove heats the 1,700 liters of water in 1.5 to 2 hours.
Composite quality for the Comfort Family 220 outdoor Hot Tub
The tub, made of multi-layered composite material with gelcoat from the German company BUFA, is hygienic, easy to maintain, and a brilliant white. Its smooth surface feels pleasant against the skin and makes the water appear crystal clear. The Thermoholz cladding is available in four variants and offers natural weather protection with a timeless look.
External 40-kW wood-burning stove – the heating system of the Comfort Family 220
The external wood-burning stove, with a capacity of 40 kW, is positioned at a safe distance from Hot Tub—contact with hot surfaces is impossible. It heats the entire 1,700 liters to bathing temperature in 1.5 to 2 hours. The included chimney with a protective shield ensures safe and efficient operation.
Family-friendly and versatile – the Comfort Family 220 in action
The Polar Spa Comfort Family 220 is suitable for year-round outdoor use. The low entry via the 3-step ladder makes access easier for children and older Persons. Optionally, the Hot Tub can be upgraded to an outdoor spa with air massage and chromotherapy. A thermal cover and protective tarp protect the tub when not in use.

In-house manufacturing using European technology
Every Hot Tub is manufactured at our own PolarSpa facility in Turkey—using modern European production technology and comprehensive quality control from the frame to the finished tub.
Our own stainless steel heaters – exclusively from PolarSpa
The wood-fired stoves (35–40 kW) are developed and manufactured in-house by PolarSpa—entirely from high-quality stainless steel. Heating time to bathing temperature: approx. 1.5–2 hours.
Thermowood paneling – 100% chemical-free
The exterior cladding, made of thermally treated pine or ash, is treated exclusively with heat and steam—without any chemical additives. Protected with eco-friendly Remmers care oil. Re-treatment is only necessary every 4 years.
Sturdy steel frame instead of a wooden structure
The foundation is a solid metal frame—rustproof, fire-resistant, and dimensionally stable. Significantly more durable than traditional wooden tub constructions.
Seamless composite inner tub
No wood, no acrylic—the tub is made of modern composite with a BUFA gelcoat finish from Germany. Smooth, seamless, corrosion-resistant, and temperature-resistant up to 60 °C.

What should I look out for before ordering?

Can I change or cancel my order at a later date?
Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?
Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.
How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?
The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.
How does delivery by forwarding agent work?
Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?
Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.
What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?
Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.
The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
