Positioned between the compact Elite 180 and the spacious Elite 220, the Polar Spa Elite 200 is a flexible choice for families and small groups. With a 1,000-liter capacity and room for up to 6 Persons it offers the ideal balance of spacious comfort and manageable water requirements. The integrated wood-burning stove with a viewing window gives the model the premium feel of the ELITE line.

The tub, made of multi-layered composite material with a gelcoat finish from BUFA, offers a smooth, hygienic surface in brilliant white. The thermowood exterior cladding is available in four variants and effectively protects the structure from wind and weather. The combination of both materials unites durability with natural elegance.

Integrated wood-burning stove with 35 kW – Elite 200 technology

The stainless steel wood-burning stove is seamlessly integrated into the tub structure and heats 1,000 liters of water to bathing temperature within 1.5 to 2 hours. Behind the heat-resistant viewing window, the dance of the flames is visible in all its glory. The entire technical infrastructure is integrated into the design and is not visible from the outside.

In-house manufacturing using European technology
Every Hot Tub is manufactured at our own PolarSpa facility in Turkey—using modern European production technology and comprehensive quality control from the frame to the finished tub.
Our own stainless steel heaters – exclusively from PolarSpa
The wood-fired stoves (35–40 kW) are developed and manufactured in-house by PolarSpa—entirely from high-quality stainless steel. Heating time to bathing temperature: approx. 1.5–2 hours.
Thermowood paneling – 100% chemical-free
The exterior cladding, made of thermally treated pine or ash, is treated exclusively with heat and steam—without any chemical additives. Protected with eco-friendly Remmers care oil. Re-treatment is only necessary every 4 years.
Sturdy steel frame instead of a wooden structure
The foundation is a solid metal frame—rustproof, fire-resistant, and dimensionally stable. Significantly more durable than traditional wooden tub constructions.
Seamless composite inner tub
No wood, no acrylic—the tub is made of modern composite with a BUFA gelcoat finish from Germany. Smooth, seamless, corrosion-resistant, and temperature-resistant up to 60 °C.

What should I look out for before ordering?

Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
