Your return at FinA – uncomplicated and transparent

Sometimes it just doesn't work out—and that's perfectly fine! If you change your mind or the product doesn't meet your expectations, it's very simple with us: you can return it within 30 days. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will of course refund the full purchase price. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
How returns work

Get in touch with us: Simply send us an email to office@finawellnessstore.eu with your order number, and we will give you all the information you need for the return.

Returning items: We will create a suitable shipping label for you and inform you of the return costs that you will have to bear. For larger items that were delivered by a shipping company, we can also organize pickup on request—we will inform you of the costs involved in advance in a transparent manner.

Full refund: As soon as we receive and check your return, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. We will, of course, notify you by email as soon as your return has been processed.
Important information for a smooth return

Like-new condition: Please ensure that the item is in like-new condition, shows no signs of use, and is in its original packaging with all accessories.

No freight collect shipments: Unfortunately, we cannot accept freight collect returns. But don't worry—returns are free of charge with us anyway!
