Returns at FinA – simple and transparent
Sometimes it just isn’t the right fit—and that’s perfectly fine! If you change your mind or the product doesn’t meet your expectations, our policy is simple: You can return it within 30 days. Once we have received and inspected the merchandise, we will, of course, refund the full purchase amount to you. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Here’s how returns work

Contact us: Simply send us an email at office@finawellnessstore.eu with your order number, and we’ll provide you with all the information you need to return the item.

Returning an item: We’ll create a shipping label for you and let you know the return shipping costs, which you’ll be responsible for. For larger items that were delivered by a freight carrier, we can also arrange for pickup upon request—we’ll clearly inform you of the associated costs in advance.

Full refund: As soon as we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a full refund of the purchase price. Of course, we’ll notify you by email as soon as your return is processed.

Like-new condition: Please ensure that the item is in like-new condition, shows no signs of use, and is in its original packaging with all accessories included.

No shipping charges: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that require the customer to pay shipping. But don’t worry—returns are free with us anyway!
