► How long will it take for my wellness goodies to arrive? 📦
📦 At the FinA Wellness Store, we make sure that your order is shipped as quickly as possible. 🚚 You can find the current delivery time directly next to your products. If a different delivery time has been communicated in advance, this will of course apply. If there are any delays, we will contact you immediately. 🕒 Of course, we will keep you informed about the progress of your delivery so that you know when your wellness oasis will arrive. 🌍
► Do you also ship internationally? 🌍
We deliver within the EU and to Switzerland! 🌍 We are happy to offer international deliveries on request - just contact us and we will find the right solution. From an order value of €300, shipping to the EU mainland and Switzerland is free of charge, otherwise shipping costs are €49. Express deliveries are also possible on request. 🚚

► What happens if the delivery is delayed? 🕒
Don't worry, we will contact you immediately if there are any delays and proactively keep you up to date. 💬
► What happens if something breaks during transportation? 🚚💥
Don't get annoyed! Sometimes things happen that are unfortunately beyond our control. 😓 But don't worry, we'll take care of it! If something is damaged during transportation, we will replace it and cover all costs incurred. 💪 Important: Please take photos and videos of the damaged goods straight away and send them to us - then we can act at lightning speed. We'll take care of it for you, so stay relaxed and let us take the stress! 📸😊
► How does the delivery work? 🚚
We deliver "free kerbside" as standard - this means that your wellness goodies are delivered to the street in front of your house. 🚛 But don't worry: in Austria, we also offer transportation to the installation site! For some products, this service is even included in the installation package. Sounds good, doesn't it? 😎 Just contact us and we'll organize the rest. We'll be happy to discuss all the details so that your wellness oasis arrives exactly as you want it. 💚🤝
► Can I choose a specific delivery date? 📅
We are always happy to accept requests for delivery dates. 🚛 The shipping company will normally contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange a fixed date - this way we can ensure that the delivery is made at your desired time in most cases. However, if it absolutely has to be on a certain day or at a certain time, let us know and we will do our best to make it possible. However, we cannot always promise this. 😊 By the way: We also offer express deliveries, where the exact delivery time is agreed in advance for an additional charge. If this is of interest to you, please let us know! ✨
► What happens if my order arrives incomplete? 📦❓
If something is missing, contact us immediately! We will check and send you the missing parts as quickly as possible at no extra cost. 🚀

As soon as you have placed your order, we will contact you to clarify the installation date. You can let us know your preferred date before you order so that we can plan everything well in advance. 📅 Of course, we will keep you informed about the progress of your delivery so that you know when your wellness oasis will arrive. 🌍
► How long does the Installation on site? 🕰️
The duration of the Installation depends on the product. Our fitters work efficiently, but always carefully. We will discuss the time required with you before the appointment is made. 🧑🏽🔧

Super easy and worry-free! 😌 You have 30 days to make your decision - and best of all, returns are free! 📦 The only important thing is that the goods are unused and in their original packaging. For forwarding goods? No problem! We'll have them picked up directly from you. Just get in touch with us and we'll take care of everything. No complicated forms, just friendly service. 💬 Returns have never been so relaxed! 💚
►What do I do if I change my mind after delivery? 🤔
No problem, it can happen! 😊 With us, you have 30 days to make up your mind at your leisure. If you change your mind, returns are super easy and of course free of charge! 📦 The only important thing is that the goods are unused and in their original packaging - that way we can pass them on without any problems.
