Our products are sustainable, durable, and high-quality! If you are still unsure, please feel free to contact us. We will advise you personally and answer all your questions.

► What do I need to consider before placing an order?

It is important to us that you are 100% sure before you decide on your product. We will answer all your questions and ensure that you have all the information you need to make a clear decision so that you can look forward to your new wellness product! If anything is unclear or you need further information, please feel free to contact us—we are always here for you.

► Can I still make changes after placing my order?

If you would like to change something after placing your order (e.g., delivery address), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests!

► What if I made a mistake when placing my order?

Don't panic—just give us a call or send us a message. Together we will find a solution, whether it's a change of item or a cancellation.

Delivery & Shipping

► How long will it take for my wellness goodies to arrive?

At the FinA Wellness Store, we ensure that your order is shipped as quickly as possible. You can find the current delivery time directly with your products. If a different delivery time has been communicated in advance, this will of course apply. If there are any delays, we will contact you immediately. We will, of course, keep you informed about the progress of your delivery so that you know when your wellness oasis will arrive.

► Do you also ship internationally?

We deliver within the EU and to Switzerland! We are happy to offer international deliveries on request – simply contact us and we will find the right solution for you. Shipping to mainland EU countries and Switzerland is free for orders over €300, otherwise shipping costs are €49. Express deliveries are also available on request.

► My order has not arrived, what should I do?

No stress! If you have any questions about your order or if anything is unclear, simply contact us at +43 1 997 28 98—we are here for you and will make sure that your wellness goodies arrive soon!

► What happens if the delivery is delayed?

Don't worry, we will contact you immediately if there are any delays and keep you proactively informed.

► What if something gets damaged during transport?

Don't worry! Sometimes things happen that are unfortunately beyond our control. But don't worry, we'll take care of it! If something is damaged during transport, we will replace it and cover all costs incurred. 💪 Important: Please take photos and videos of the damaged goods immediately and send them to us—then we can act quickly. We'll take care of it for you, so relax and let us handle the stress!

► How does delivery work?

We deliver to your curb by default, which means your wellness goodies will be brought to the street in front of your house. But don't worry: in Austria, we also offer transport to the installation site! For some products, this service is even included in the installation package. Sounds good, right? Just contact us and we'll organize the rest. We will be happy to discuss all the details with you to ensure that your wellness oasis arrives exactly as you want it.

► Can I choose a specific delivery date?

We are always happy to take requests regarding delivery dates. The shipping company will normally contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange a fixed appointment – this means that in most cases we can ensure that delivery takes place at your desired time. However, if you absolutely need delivery on a specific day or at a specific time, let us know and we will do our best to make it happen. However, we cannot always promise this. 😊 By the way: We also offer express deliveries, where the delivery time is agreed in advance for an additional charge. If you are interested in this option, please let us know!

► What happens if my order arrives incomplete?

If anything is missing, please contact us immediately! We will check it and send you the missing parts as soon as possible at no additional cost.

Installation & Installation

► How does the appointment process for Installation work?

Once you have placed your order, we will contact you to arrange the installation date. You can let us know your preferred date before placing your order so that we can plan everything in advance. Of course, we will keep you informed about the progress of your delivery so that you know when your wellness oasis will arrive.

► How long does on-site Installation take?

The duration of Installation depends on the product. Our installers work efficiently but always carefully. We will discuss the time required with you before the appointment is made.

Returns & Complaints

► How does the return process work?

You have 30 days to make your decision at your leisure. It is important that the goods are returned unused and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the costs of the return shipment. Even with freight goods, it's very straightforward: on request, we can organize collection directly from your premises and will inform you of the costs involved in advance. Simply contact us and we will guide you personally through the entire return process.

► What should I do if I change my mind after delivery?

Of course, that can happen! You have 30 days to make your decision at your leisure. If you change your mind, returning the item is easy. The only important thing is that the item is returned unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Simply contact us and we will guide you through the entire return process—for freight shipments, we will organize the pickup.

► What if I don't like it?

If you are not satisfied with an item, simply contact us—together we will find a suitable solution. Whether it's a return, exchange, or an alternative, we are happy to assist you. Thanks to our 30-day return policy, you can make your decision with peace of mind. The only requirement is that the goods are unused and in their original packaging; you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
