As a freestanding shower with a single-lever mixer tap, the fatline 01 is designed for easy operation and long-term outdoor use. Made of brushed stainless steel r316, it offers high durability and a precise feel. The generous shower head ensures an even water flow, while the floor-mounted Installation allows for clear placement in garden, pool, and spa areas. A 365 all-weather version is available as an option, allowing year-round use.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
