Die Sauna wird in mehreren großen Paketen angeliefert, da sind ein paar Helfer beim entladen und vertragen der Elemente gut zu gebrauchen, Der Aufbau der Sauna ist logisch aber die Anleitung ist eher rudimentär, dafür ist jedoch der Support von FinA sehr gut, besonders durch die kompetente Frau Annemarie, Sie findet immer eine Lösung und ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Die Sauna selbst ist wirklich schön die Zuschnitte der Baugruppen passen saugend und funktioniert wie erwartet, wir haben eine große Freude damit.
Kompetente Beratung bei meiner Auswahl der Wärmepumpe für mein Spa. Sonderwünsche bei Abholung war kein Problem. Auch nach dem Kauf wurde ich bei einem Problem unterstütz. Kurz gesagt gerne wieder undur zu empfehlen

Der Kaufprozess war sehr einfach und schnell. Was ich sehr schätzte war die Lieferung frei Haus von Wien in die Schweiz.
Die Lieferung erfolgte ohne Probleme und sogar etwas früher als versprochen.

FinA helped me find and order the cold plunge for a new sauna room installation using the wooden Blumenberg tubs. They helped at every step and kept me up-to-date regarding construction delays, delivery and optional components. I would definitely recommend working with them!
