The Iceland Duo Pro is no ordinary Cold Plunge and no ordinary Hot tub—it is both in one sophisticated dual-zone design. With separate cold and warm zones, you can switch between intense cold therapy starting at 2 °C and soothing warmth up to 40 °C without leaving the unit. With this concept, Wellis has created a product aimed at anyone seeking recovery, performance enhancement, and relaxation in a single system. Its compact dimensions of 220 × 220 × 76 cm allow for installation even in smaller gardens or on patios.

Materials and Construction of the Wellis Iceland Duo Pro Ice Bath

The WPS frame forms the sturdy foundation of the Iceland Duo Pro, reinforced with Poli-Max™ polyurethane for lasting dimensional stability. The new Life Scandinavian Insulation provides highly effective thermal insulation that significantly reduces energy consumption in both cooling and heating modes. The Ice White finish with a gray housing blends discreetly into any environment. Two Superfine filter cartridges, combined with the Ozmix disinfection system, keep the water in both pools consistently clean and clear.

The technology behind the Wellis Iceland Duo Pro – 220x220x76 cm Dual-Zone Power

At the heart of the system is the Cool&Heat pump, model 20CR3-SB with 3 kW of power, which can either cool the water down to 2 °C or heat it up to 40 °C. In heating mode, it achieves a COP of 4.05—meaning that just 500 W of input energy yields 2.1 kW of heating power. In cooling mode, it cools 100 liters from 23 °C to 5 °C in about one and a half hours at an outdoor temperature of 15 °C. The energy-efficient W-EC circulation pump operates quietly and reliably in the background. The power connection is via 3 × 16 A at 400 V / 50 Hz.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
