The inner tank is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel—rust-resistant, hygienic, and designed for continuous contact with cold water. The exterior cladding made of Canadian red cedar gives the tub its characteristic Nordic aesthetic while also protecting the underlying multi-layered insulation. This construction keeps the water at the desired temperature significantly longer and noticeably reduces energy consumption during chiller operation. The insulated cover included with the unit provides a thermal seal for the system and prevents heat loss from above. Every detail—from the ½-inch drain valve at the bottom to the quick-connect fittings for the chiller connection—is designed for durability and ease of use.

The Arctic Barrel reaches its full potential when paired with one of the two optional Winthera chillers. The Winthera Ice Master delivers 3,100 W of cooling capacity, cools 300 liters of water from 20 °C to 2 °C in about three hours, and also offers a heating mode up to 42 °C as well as an ice-making mode in which ice crystals are released directly into the water—a complete cold and heat therapy system. The more compact Ice Master Light weighs only 23 kg, operates with 1,200 W of cooling capacity in pure cooling mode down to 3 °C, and is particularly suitable for mobile use or space-constrained setups. Both chillers feature UV disinfection, dual water filtration with a 20-inch paper filter and an 80-mesh steel hair filter, as well as app control via iOS and Android for temperature scheduling and remote monitoring. The tub itself does not require its own power connection—the entire system runs off the connected chiller at 220 V / 50 Hz.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?
The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.
How does delivery by forwarding agent work?
Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.
What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?
Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.
The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
