The Cozy OG H500 & H700 stainless steel stone basket expands the infusion area of wood-fired Cozy OG wood sauna stoves and brings calm to the design around the chimney pipe. Functionally well thought-out, visually minimalist – for a balanced sauna experience.

Function & use – Cozy OG H500 & H700 stainless steel stone basket

The stone basket is mounted directly on the Sauna Heater and encloses the outgoing chimney pipe. It can hold approx. 35–40 kg of sauna stones, which absorb and store the heat emitted by the pipe. This significantly increases the amount of infusion stones while reducing exposed hot metal surfaces. The result is an even, gentle steam and a more tranquil stove appearance. Several stone baskets can be stacked on top of each other if required. The stone basket is compatible with the Cozy chimney guard/spark guard 50 cm.

Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
