Classic control with clear functionality

The Helo sauna control OT 2 PLE offers a reliable, clear solution for manual control of sauna heaters. Developed for users who value robust technology, simple operation, and precise control.

Function & use – Helo sauna control OT 2 PLE

The OT 2 PLE allows direct adjustment of temperature, operating time, and preset time via clearly defined control buttons. The current temperature is clearly displayed on the screen. In addition, the sauna lighting can be switched on independently of the heating operation.

The control system allows temperature values of 40 °C to 100 °C, a Pre-selection time from 0 to 24 hours as well as a Operating time of up to 6 hours in private operation. For professional use, the maximum operating time can be set to 12 hours can be expanded. The last temperature setting remains stored even after the device is switched off.

The control unit is according to IP X4 Splash-proof and mounted outside the sauna room. The associated temperature sensor is installed horizontally near the ceiling above the heater and has an integrated safety temperature limiter that automatically interrupts operation in case of overheating.

Installation and electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with national regulations.

What should I look out for before ordering?

Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
