Scandinavian design meets durable materials – the Novitek S-1 Outdoor Hot tub 190x190x98
Created in collaboration with the award-winning design studio Ultra Design, the Novitek S-1 combines Scandinavian minimalism with timeless elegance. The tub shell is made of high-quality ABS acrylic reinforced with urethane, which offers a smooth, easy-to-clean surface while ensuring structural strength and additional thermal insulation. A sturdy aluminum frame distributes weight evenly and ensures lasting stability, while the ABS base plate with 80 mm PIR insulation protects the structure from moisture and heat loss. The exterior cladding, made of maintenance-free NordicShield panels, is available in gray and black and blends harmoniously into any garden setting. Four interior colors—White, Light Marble, Dark Marble, and Black—allow for a custom design that highlights your personal style. The matching NordicGuard insulated cover with a 10–12 cm PIR core is color-coordinated with the exterior cladding and completes the elegant overall look.
Powerful technology in the Novitek S-1 Outdoor Hot tub – designed to meet Nordic standards
Inside the Novitek S-1, a sophisticated combination of high-quality components works in harmony. Two Koller massage pumps, each with 2 HP and two-stage control, drive a total of 36 jets—10 rotating 5-inch jets and 26 directional 3-inch jets from Balboa Lifestream. The intensity can be adjusted continuously, ranging from a gentle, soothing massage to a powerful deep-tissue treatment that specifically relieves tension. Control is handled via the intuitive Balboa SpaTouch 4 control panel, supplemented by two separate buttons for pumps and lighting. The Balboa BP601 control system forms the technical backbone and, thanks to its integrated WiFi function, also enables convenient remote control via smartphone. Water treatment is provided by a two-stage filtration system using the Novitek NordicPure filter system, supported by a separate, energy-efficient Koller filtration pump with 200 W as well as standard UV sterilization. The Balboa 3 kW Incoloy heater maintains a constant water temperature. The entire structure is encased in 50 mm PIR insulation in the side walls and 80 mm PIR insulation in the floor, making the Novitek S-1 exceptionally energy-efficient. The lighting includes 16 SlimLed units as standard, which create atmospheric lighting along the waterline. The power connection is via 2 x 16A at 400V.

When is the load applied?

Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?
Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.
How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?
The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.
How does delivery by forwarding agent work?
Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?
Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.
What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?
Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.
The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
