The tub of the Novitek S-0 consists of a high-quality ABS acrylic shell reinforced with urethane. This combination ensures a smooth, pleasant surface that remains wear-resistant while permanently maintaining its shape. A lightweight yet extremely durable aluminum frame forms the supporting structure and distributes the weight evenly across the entire structure. The ABS floor reliably protects the construction from moisture and external influences. The full PIR insulation—floor, walls, and cover—is among the most efficient insulation systems on the market and minimizes heat loss to a minimum. The exterior cladding made of NordicShield panels is completely maintenance-free, weather-resistant, and available in two standard colors—Grey and Black—as well as in a custom color of your choice. The NordicGuard thermal cover with PIR insulation, color-coordinated with the cladding, rounds out the overall look and combines aesthetics with functionality. Four interior colors are available: White, Light Marble, Dark Marble, and Black. Award-winning Scandinavian design, developed in collaboration with renowned designers, gives the S-0 a minimalist aesthetic that blends into any setting—from a modern city garden to a lakeside terrace surrounded by nature.

Inside the S-0, two powerful Koller massage pumps, each with 2 HP and two speed settings, are at work. They supply a total of 36 massage jets—10 rotating 5-inch jets and 26 directional 3-inch jets—with a steady, powerful flow of water. A separate, energy-efficient 200-watt filter pump operates quietly and continuously in the background to keep the water clean and ready for use at all times. Water treatment is handled by an advanced two-stage filtration system: a fiber filter removes even the finest particles, while UV purification eliminates bacteria and microorganisms without the use of chemical additives. This reduces the need for chemicals to a minimum. The 3-kW heater reliably brings the approximately 1,300 liters of water up to temperature. The entire control system is based on proven Balboa technology with an intuitive touchscreen control panel that makes all functions clearly and conveniently accessible. The electrical connection is via 2 x 16A at 400V.

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.
How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?
The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.
How does delivery by forwarding agent work?
Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?
Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.
What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?
Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.
The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
