The Novitek M-1 occupies a special place within the Medium series. While the M-0 is designed as a pure seating model for maximum socializing, the M-1 complements its layout with a full-size lounger, creating unique versatility. Whether it’s a social family evening with six Persons or a quiet moment for two, where one can fully relax on the lounger—this model adapts to any occasion. The medium size of 210 x 210 cm offers noticeably more space than the S models without taking up the floor space of the large L series. Like all Novitek outdoor hot tubs, the M-1 is designed and manufactured in Finland, to the same technical standard that characterizes the entire model range.
Premium materials and timeless design – the Novitek M-1 Outdoor Hot tub 210x210x98 in detail
Developed in collaboration with the award-winning design studio Ultra Design, the Novitek M-1 combines Scandinavian clarity with functional elegance. The spacious tub shell is made of high-quality ABS acrylic reinforced with urethane—a combination that offers a smooth, durable, and easy-to-maintain surface while also contributing to structural strength and thermal insulation. The robust aluminum frame evenly distributes the weight of approximately 340 kg (empty weight) and up to 1,500 liters of water volume, ensuring lasting stability. The ABS base plate with 80 mm PIR insulation reliably protects the entire structure from moisture and heat loss. Maintenance-free NordicShield panels are available for the exterior cladding in the standard colors gray and black—additional colors can be custom-ordered through authorized dealers. Four interior colors—White, Light Marble, Dark Marble, and Black—allow for personalized design according to your own taste. The optionally available NordicGuard insulation cover with a 10–12 cm PIR core is color-coordinated with the exterior cladding and completes the harmonious appearance. All materials are designed not only for durability but also for recyclability—ensuring a long service life with the smallest possible ecological footprint.
Finnish engineering excellence in the Novitek M-1 Outdoor Hot tub – technology that impresses
Beneath the elegant surface of the Novitek M-1 lies a combination of proven premium components. Two Koller massage pumps, each with 2 HP and two-stage control, supply a total of 36 jets—10 rotating 5-inch jets and 26 directional 3-inch jets from the Balboa Lifestream brand. The massage intensity can be adjusted continuously: from a gentle relaxation treatment in the seating positions to a powerful full-body massage on the lounger. The intuitive Balboa SpaTouch 4 control panel manages all functions, supplemented by two separate buttons for pumps and lighting. The Balboa BP601 control system with standard integrated WiFi functionality enables convenient remote control via smartphone—temperature adjustments and function control are possible anytime and from anywhere. Water treatment is handled via a two-stage filtration system featuring the Novitek NordicPure filter system, a separate, energy-efficient Koller filtration pump with 200 W, and standard UV sterilization. The Balboa 3 kW Incoloy heater ensures constant water temperatures, even when fully occupied and in low outdoor temperatures. The all-around insulation with 50 mm PIR in the side walls and 80 mm PIR in the floor makes the Novitek M-1 exceptionally energy-efficient. 16 standard SlimLed units create atmospheric lighting along the waterline. The power connection is via 2 x 16A at 400V.

Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?
Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.
How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?
The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.
How does delivery by forwarding agent work?
Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?
Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.
What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?
Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.
The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
