The Novitek M-0 is the social centerpiece of the Medium series. With seven ergonomically shaped seats—deliberately designed without loungers—it offers maximum space for shared moments. Each seat is designed to allow for a comfortable, upright sitting position, ideal for conversations, family time, and relaxed evenings. As the mid-range model in the Novitek series, it bridges the gap between the compact S models and the spacious L variants while offering the same technical standard. Designed and manufactured in Finland, it is built to withstand the harshest climatic conditions of Northern Europe and remains reliably operational year-round.
Scandinavian aesthetics and durable materials in the Novitek M-0 Outdoor Hot tub 210x210x98
Created in collaboration with the award-winning design studio Ultra Design, the Novitek M-0 embodies Scandinavian minimalism in its purest form. The spacious tub shell, made of high-quality ABS acrylic reinforced with urethane, offers a smooth, easy-to-clean surface while also contributing to structural strength and thermal insulation. A sturdy aluminum frame distributes the weight evenly and ensures lasting stability—even when fully occupied by seven Persons and filled with approximately 1,500 liters of water. The ABS base plate with 80 mm PIR insulation reliably protects the structure from moisture and heat loss. The exterior cladding, made of maintenance-free NordicShield panels, is available in the standard colors gray and black—additional colors can be custom-ordered through a dealer. Four interior colors are available: White, Light Marble, Dark Marble, and Black. The optional NordicGuard insulation cover with a 10–12 cm PIR core is color-coordinated with the exterior cladding and enhances the elegant overall appearance. All materials are designed not only for durability but also for recyclability.

The Novitek M-0 combines proven premium components into a well-designed complete system. Two Koller massage pumps, each with 2 HP and two-stage control, drive a total of 36 jets—10 rotating 5-inch jets and 26 directional 3-inch jets from the Balboa Lifestream brand. From a gentle, soothing massage to a powerful deep-tissue treatment, the intensity can be continuously adjusted to suit personal needs. The Balboa SpaTouch 4 control panel offers intuitive control of all functions, supplemented by two separate buttons for pumps and lighting. The Balboa BP601 control system, featuring standard integrated WiFi functionality, allows for convenient remote control via smartphone. Water treatment is handled via a two-stage filtration system featuring the Novitek NordicPure filter system, a separate, energy-efficient Koller filtration pump with 200 W, and standard UV sterilization—for consistently clear water with minimal chemical use. The Balboa 3 kW Incoloy heater maintains a constant water temperature even when the spa is fully occupied. The 50 mm PIR insulation in the side walls and the 80 mm PIR insulation in the floor ensure exceptional energy efficiency that impresses even on the coldest winter nights. 16 standard SlimLed units create atmospheric lighting along the waterline. The power connection is via 2 x 16A at 400V.

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.
How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?
The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.
How does delivery by forwarding agent work?
Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?
Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.
What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?
Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.
The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
