The Helo Himalaya Sauna Heater complete set incl. stones and Elite control unit (incl. WiFi) is a freestanding premium sauna heater with a striking column shape and an exceptional amount of stones. The open grid construction holds up to 100 kg of sauna stones and enables a particularly soft, long-lasting infusion. All variants are equipped with Helo-WT technology as standard and create a noticeably more humid, pleasant sauna climate.

With its elegant mesh structure and deep black surface, the Helo Himalaya Sauna Heater complete set incl. stones and Elite control unit (incl. WiFi) to the architectural centerpiece of the sauna. The slim, vertical shape appears modern and powerful at the same time. Optionally available integration collars enable flush integration into the sauna bench and underline the high-quality, minimalist character.

The Helo Himalaya Sauna Heater complete set incl. stones and Elite control unit (incl. WiFi) It comes as a complete set and is available in two power levels. The integrated Helo-WT technology uses a central water tank as a passive evaporator. This creates a uniformly increased humidity, which intensifies the sensation of heat and makes the sauna particularly pleasant even at 55–60 °C.

The Elite control unit included in the set offers extensive control options and is Wi-Fi-enabled. Temperature, running times, and functions can be controlled directly on the control panel or conveniently via app. Milk-based fragrance essences can also be used in the WT water tank.

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
