The Tylö-Helo sauna control Pure / Elite stands for precise control, modern design, and reliable technology. Two control lines, one requirement: maximum control over temperature, time, and additional functions—tailored to different comfort needs.

Function & use – Tylö-Helo sauna control Pure / Elite

Pure is the minimalist solution for anyone who prefers clear operating logic and a sleek appearance. The ultra-flat, black touch panel allows direct control of temperature, operating time, and lighting. Start times can be programmed in advance so that the sauna is ready for use when needed. Thanks to its flexible technology, Pure can be installed inside or outside the sauna and is compatible with both sauna heaters and steam generators.

Elite (Cloud) adds cloud-based functions to the control system. The sauna can be controlled from anywhere via an app, tablet, or computer. Individual user profiles, time programs, lighting control, and system configurations offer a high degree of personalization. The integrated computing unit with its own operating system ensures fast response times and stable processes. Ideal for demanding applications and networked wellness areas.

Can I change or cancel my order at a later date?

Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
