The GECKO H5.0 & H7.5 (in.temp) heat pumps combine intelligent control with high energy efficiency. Developed for whirlpools and swim spas, they use renewable ambient energy from the air and provide reliable, resource-saving temperature control all year round.

Function & use – GECKO heat pumps H5.0 & H7.5 (in.temp) – 5 kW & 7.5 kW for whirlpools & swim spas

The heat pumps are compatible with the Gecko IN.YT and IN.YE systems and integrate seamlessly via plug-and-play. Thanks to automatic detection and intelligent energy management, no additional power switch is required—power is supplied directly via the whirlpool control system.
With up to six operating modes, including eco and smart modes as well as a cooling function, the devices can be flexibly adapted to different usage requirements. Extensive safety features, a wide operating range from -5 °C to 43 °C, and integrated self-diagnosis with error code display ensure stable, long-lasting operation.
When used with Gecko IN.YE systems, an RS-485 extension board is also required.

Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
