How much space do I need for an Indoor Sauna?

Dry indoor spaces such as cellars, bathrooms, living rooms or attics are suitable. The decisive factors are adequate ventilation, compliance with wall clearances and a suitable power connection. A window is not required.

Can I install an Indoor Sauna in a rented apartment?

Yes, many Indoor Saunas can be dismantled and are suitable for rental apartments. The prerequisites are suitable power connections, adequate spacing and ventilation. The consent of the landlord is recommended.

With correct ventilation, sufficient wall spacing and regular airing after the sauna, no harmful moisture is produced. With proper planning, Indoor Saunas are not considered critical for living spaces.

How loud is an Indoor Sauna in operation?

Indoor Saunas work almost silently. The heater itself is silent, only the control unit or fan in bio/combi heaters are slightly audible. The volume is suitable for living rooms.

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

Access for trucks must be possible
Sufficient clearance width and height required
The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance

Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.

Falsche Lieferzeit ausgewiesen mit fast 2 Monaten längerer Lieferzeit. Schlechter Kundenservice- man wollte uns erzählen,dass das Set von Badesofa beim Hersteller ein Auslaufmodell sei (ist es nachweislich beim Blick auf die Herstellerseite nicht, sondern eines der Bestseller). Das Black Friday Angebot (Set von Badesofa) wurde statt als Set, in drei Farben geliefert und man hat es nicht beheben wollen.

Toller Saunaofen aber die Lieferung eine Katastrophe

Eine wichtige Ergänzung von uns: Als Reaktion auf unsere Bewertung hat sich, mit einer sehr netten und verständnisvollen Nachricht, Frau Prapotnik von FinA Wellness bei uns gemeldet. Sie war wirklich sehr bemüht den ganzen Sachverhalt zu verstehen und zu recherchieren. Vielen Dank dafür , vorallem auch für die Kulanz sich an unseren entstandenen Fahrkosten zu beteiligen. Diesen Service können wir nur begrûßen. Das hat uns auch dazu veranlasst, unsere Bewertung zu ergänzen und auf 3 Sterne zu verbessern.

Wir haben am 12.02.26 unseren Saunaofen bei FinA Wellness bestellt. Die Lieferung war für den 18.-25.02.26 angegeben. Wir warteten händeringend auf den Ofen und ab ca. 18.02.26 standen wir fast täglich im Mailkontakt mit unserem zugewiesenen Bearbeiter. Es gab immer nur wage Vermutungen, wo der Ofen sich gerade befindet und wann wir mit der Lieferung rechnen könnten. Als dann die Hauptspedition Rüdinger und die Partnerspedition Rieck ins Spiel kamen, wurde die Kommunikation eine Katastrophe. Erst erhielten wir von Rieck die Info ,dass der Ofen da ist, mein Mann nahm Urlaub und wir warteten am 26.02.26 vergeblich auf den Ofen. Dann hieß es von Rieck, der Ofen sein noch gar nicht da. Die Spedition Rüdinger war stehts erreichbar und bemühlt aber die Kommunikation mit Rieck klappte gar nicht.
Dann kam von FinA schriftlich die Bestätigung, dass er Ofen bei Rieck eingetroffen sei und die persönliche Abholung fest vereinbart ist. Am 02.03.26 fuhr mein Mann nach Großbeeren damit nicht eine weitere Auslieferung platzte aber der Ofen war nicht da. Am 03.03.26 dann endlich die Info von Rüdinger, dass mein Mann den Ofen abholen kann und wieder fuhr er nach Großbeeren. An uns übergeben wurden neben dem Ofen 4 statt einem Schornsteinset, welche dann wieder abgeholt werden mussten. Bei einer Rechnung von über 1.500€ machte auch der auf Anfrage gewährte Preisnachlass von 50€ den Kauf zu keinem Kundenerlebnis und wir würden weder bei FinA erneut bestellen noch den Onlineshpo weiterempfehlen. Schade.

danke, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, das so ausführlich zu schildern – auch wenn der Anlass wirklich kein schöner ist.

Die Probleme bei der Zustellung waren für Sie und Ihren Mann eine Zumutung, das sehe ich genauso. Vergebliche Fahrten nach Großbeeren, widersprüchliche Aussagen der Speditionen, ein Urlaubstag umsonst – das hätte so nicht laufen dürfen.

Wir haben uns während des gesamten Verlaufs bemüht, den Status für Sie zu klären und Informationen weiterzugeben, sobald wir sie hatten. Leider hat sich dabei eine Aussage der Spedition als falsch herausgestellt, auf die wir uns ebenso verlassen hatten wie Sie.
Das macht es nicht besser, aber ich möchte transparent sein.
