The Cozy Grid H500 & H700 stainless steel stone basket enhances wood-fired sauna stoves in terms of both function and design. The open grid structure organizes the area around the chimney pipe and creates additional mass for even, gentle infusions.

Function & use – Cozy Grid H500 & H700 stainless steel stone basket

The stone basket is mounted on top of the Sauna Heater and encloses the exhaust pipe. With a capacity of approx. 35–40 kg of sauna stones, it absorbs the heat emitted by the pipe and stores it effectively. This increases the amount of stone available for infusions while reducing the amount of exposed hot metal surfaces. The mesh construction supports good air circulation and ensures balanced steam behavior. Several stone baskets can be stacked on top of each other if required. The stone basket is compatible with the Cozy chimney guard/spark guard 50 cm and is designed for Cozy O models and Cozy 12/18.

Can I change or cancel my order at a later date?

Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
