The Tylö Twin Crown Commercial Sauna Heater combines Swedish engineering with intelligent control technology to create a system that reliably and evenly heats commercial sauna rooms ranging from 6 to 45 m³. This complete set—including the control unit, relay box, and stones—offers everything professional operators need for first-class sauna heat.

The Tylö Twin Crown Commercial Sauna Heater: A Modular Powerhouse for Commercial Sauna Rooms

The Crown Commercial is the centerpiece of a modular heater system that adapts flexibly to a wide variety of room sizes. As a single heater, it covers sauna rooms ranging from 6 to 18 m³ with 8 or 10.8 kW. In synchronized twin operation, power combinations of 16, 18.8, or 21.6 kW are achieved for spacious sauna cabins up to 45 m³. The constant steam production, achieved through alternating water distribution to two separate stone compartments (20 kg each), ensures an authentic, consistent sauna atmosphere.

Materials and Design of the Tylö Twin Crown Commercial Sauna Heater in Detail

The perforated steel outer shell with a black finish combines industrial aesthetics with functional ventilation. The patented ThermoSafe™ protective coating limits the housing temperature to a maximum of 40 °C, thereby minimizing the risk of burns in high-traffic sauna areas. With a side width of just 36.2 cm and minimal safety clearances of 50 mm to the side and 30 mm to the front, the heater is also suitable for space-saving corner installation. Natural vulcanite sauna stones and a tempered glass steam outlet underscore the high-quality choice of materials.

Smart Technology and Cloud Control in the Tylö Twin Crown Commercial Sauna Heater Complete Set

The included Elite Cloud control unit enables full remote control via Wi-Fi—using the Tylö on iOS and Android, on a PC or tablet, and via voice commands through Alexa, Google, and Siri. The Ready-at™ feature preheats the sauna to the desired temperature on a schedule, while the energy-saving mode reduces power consumption during standby. The Relay Box Commercial Lite controls heaters up to 10.7 kW and offers connections for lighting, auxiliary devices, and IR panels, as well as Tylarium compatibility for soft sauna operation. For twin operation with two heaters, the separately available Relay Box Pro Control and Pro Power 25 or 45 are required.

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
