Product characteristics – the Tylö Sense Sauna Heater 6–10 kW as a clear temperature authority

The Tylö Sense Sauna Heater 6–10 kW is available in three power levels and covers sauna rooms from 4 to 18 m³. Each variant features Pure control, which is operated directly via a digital touch panel. The heater heats up quickly, works efficiently, and automatically reduces its output once the set temperature is reached. The robust construction allows for wall-mounted use or—with an optional stand—free-standing Installation.

Design & materials – high-quality construction in the Tylö Sense Sauna Heater 6–10 kW

With its clean lines and compact design (431 × 600 × 375 mm), the Tylö Sense Sauna Heater fits elegantly into both modern and classic sauna rooms. The stone compartment is made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring stability and durability. The Thermosafe™ exterior coating effectively reduces the surface temperature and contributes significantly to safety. The heater is available in black and gray.

Technology & functions – digital Pure control in the Tylö Sense Sauna Heater 6–10 kW

The Pure control system enables intuitive operation via a precise touch panel. A door contact is required for the delayed start function. The split output function automatically reduces the power as soon as the target temperature is reached, saving energy and stabilizing the temperature.

The technical manual provides clear installation parameters, including minimum distances to the wall and ceiling (e.g., 110 mm side clearance, 1900 mm minimum ceiling height) and the placement of sensors in accordance with safety requirements (see diagrams on pages 3–5 of the operating manual).

Application & comfort – clear operation on the Tylö Sense Sauna Heater 6–10 kW

The Pure control system facilitates daily use with an immediately responsive control panel. The heater can also be started externally if a door contact is installed. The even heat distribution, generous stone volume, and safe surface ensure a calm and pleasant sauna climate. The optional stand provides additional flexibility in room planning.

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
