The Tylö Crown Combi Sauna Heater offers classic dry sauna, soft steam, and a variety of aroma and mineral applications in one device. Its Combi technology enables a pleasantly gentle soft sauna climate that can operate up to 25% more energy-efficiently. The Elite Cloud control system is included as standard and enhances the heater with flexible remote control, programmable sequences, and automated use. With its three power levels, it is suitable for cabins from 4 to 18 m³.

With its symmetrical design and striking crown-shaped grill, the Tylö Crown Combi Sauna Heater acts as an aesthetic centerpiece of the cabin. It is freestanding and, thanks to its narrow side surfaces of only 365 mm, can be placed almost anywhere—in a corner, against a wall, or in front of glass surfaces. The integrated lighting creates a calm, atmospheric light pattern. All heating elements are surrounded by the Thermosafe™ protective coating, which safely cushions accidental skin contact. Available in black and gray.

Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
