The Tylö Relay Box Commercial | Relay box for Sense Commercial up to 20 kW is designed for professional use in high-performance sauna applications. It ensures safe, structured control of high heating outputs and several additional functions – precisely tailored to demanding commercial environments.

Function & use – Tylö Relay Box Commercial | Relay box for Sense Commercial up to 20 kW

The relay box is designed for use with Tylö Elite and Pure controls and is specifically designed for Sense Commercial sauna heaters with 16 to 20 kW. In addition, when used in conjunction with Elite/Pure, it enables the control of older Tylö heater models such as SK 6 and SD/SDK up to 20 kW. Three AUX connections and a separate light connection offer a high degree of flexibility when integrating external components. Tylarium support allows the combined operation of Sauna Heater and steam generators.

What should I look out for before ordering?

When is the load applied?

Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
