Depending on the model, the heater holds up to 150 kg of sauna stones, with an additional 35–40 kg in the included stone basket. The temperature range of 60 to 100 °C and the long heat retention produce particularly gentle, long-lasting steam. Four model variants—Mini, Mini LS, HIVE Flow, and HIVE Flow LS—cover cabin volumes ranging from 6 to 18 m³.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?
The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.
How does delivery by forwarding agent work?
Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?
Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.
The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
