With a total of 99 precision-engineered hydrotherapy jets, the Platinum Spas Maximus Outdoor Hot tub - Premium, for up to 6 Persons, sets new standards in massage intensity. Its exceptional performance is achieved by a powerful pump system: two 2-HP pumps in combination with two additional 3-HP pumps provide enormous water pressure and an even supply to all jets.
Rotating jets provide an intensive deep massage, especially in the back and shoulder area, while directional jets deliver gentle, targeted impulses to relax the muscles. The integrated 3 kW heater works efficiently with the Platinum Premium Shield insulation to ensure stable temperatures with reduced energy consumption. The system is complemented by SW ozone water treatment for clear water and low maintenance.

The surface must be level, solid, and able to support a load of at least 1,500 kg. A concrete slab is ideal; existing patio slabs or pavers are acceptable if the subbase is solid and level. Grass is not suitable. Water must be able to drain away from Hot tub Hot tub.
Space requirements (all sides)
At least 50 cm on all sides, preferably 60 cm—the service technician must be able to access all four sides. If the Hot tub is installed on a patio, be sure to plan for access to the service door (usually on the side of the control panel).
Delivery
The Hot tub is delivered upright on a transport dolly—this makes it about 15–20 cm taller than its listed dimensions. Please check the clearance width, gate widths, steps, and tree branches in advance. If access is insufficient, a truck-mounted crane will be required; the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for this.

Can I change or cancel my order at a later date?
Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?
Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.
How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?
The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.
How does delivery by forwarding agent work?
Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?
Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.
What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?
Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.
The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
