Product Features of the Novellini Vita Outdoor Hot tub – Premium Spa for 3–6 Persons

The Novellini Vita Outdoor Hot tub—a premium spa for 3–6 Persons—is available in three carefully designed models: Vita XXL (215 x 215 x 85 cm), Vita XL (200 x 200 x 85 cm), and Vita L (180 x 140 x 85 cm). Each model features a clean, rectangular design in a modern style and is designed for year-round outdoor use.

Vita XXL offers spacious seating for up to 6 + 1 Persons with a maximum water capacity of 1,150 liters. Vita XL is designed for 5 Persons and has an average capacity of 950 liters. Vita L was developed for 3 Persons and combines two ergonomic seats with a curved chaise longue, with a capacity of 580 liters.

The tub is finished in white (A0), complemented by black headrests (H Black). Depending on the model, Natural-Touch skirting is available in Oak Alpine, Oak Concrete, Oxid, and Quartz, as well as slatted skirting in Dark Brown or Ice.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
