The HUUM UKU Sauna Control Classic / Local – White / Black, with / without WiFi is designed for electric sauna heaters up to 18 kW and covers a temperature range from 40 to 110 °C. In addition to heating control, sauna lighting, ventilation, and evaporators can be integrated. Safety features such as overheating protection and child safety locks ensure reliable operation. The WiFi version also allows control via the HUUM app with status displays, scheduling, and notifications.

The HUUM UKU Sauna Control Classic / Local – White / Black, with / without WiFi is designed for daily use. In the Local version, you control your sauna directly on site via the wall control panel. The WiFi version also allows remote preheating – ideal for apartments, offices, or vacation properties with WiFi access. A later upgrade from Local to WiFi is possible.

Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
