With power variants of 12, 15, or 18 kW, the Huum Hive electric sauna heater covers sauna volumes from 12 to 28 m³ with a standing heater. The large stone mass ensures exceptionally mild, rich, and long-lasting steam. Starting with the 2025 model year, the air tunnel will be included as standard on all HIVE models and will support even heat distribution. In combination with the UKU sauna control system, convenient control via the control panel or mobile app is possible.

Thanks to adjustable legs, the Huum Hive electric sauna heater 12/15/18 kW, free-standing heater can be precisely aligned. Optional safety railings with wooden arches increase safety and blend harmoniously into the overall design.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?
The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.
How does delivery by forwarding agent work?
Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?
Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.
The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.

Bei der zur Zeit herrschenden Wetterlage ist meine Wärmepumpe vom Spa komplett eingefroren und glich mehr einem Eisblock als einer Wärmepumpe. Obwohl nicht bei diese Firma gekauft ( großer Fehler ) wurde ich kompl betreut und dank Support sofort weitergeholfen! Besonders möchte ich hier den Einsatz von Frau Annemarie hervorheben der wirklich in der heutigen Zeit seines gleichen sucht ! Vielen Dank !! In Zukunft weiß ich wo man Sauna und Spa kaufen muß !!! Kleine Sauna, grosses Glück!
Wir haben die AWT E1103B Hemlock Sauna in unserem neuen Anbau im Chalet Baumfuchs im Wallis installiert – und sind begeistert! Die Lieferung erfolgte punktgenau am vereinbarten Tag. Den Aufbau habe ich (weiblich, 40 Jahre) gemeinsam mit meiner 12-jährigen Tochter problemlos geschafft. Lediglich beim Einsetzen der schweren Rückwand brauchten wir kurz Unterstützung von kräftigeren Armen.
Die elektrische Installation wurde von einem lokalen Elektriker vorgenommen. Insgesamt wäre der gesamte Aufbau aber niemals so reibungslos verlaufen, wenn wir nicht den großartigen Support über WhatsApp durch Franz vom FinAWellness store erhalten hätten. An dieser Stelle nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön. Das ist noch wahrer Kundenservice!
Wir lieben unsere kleine, aber feine Sauna. Nach einem Ski- oder Wandertag die wohlige Wärme zu genießen und dabei die wunderschöne Aussicht zu bewundern – einfach perfekt. Klare Empfehlung!
Kleiner Tipp: Wir haben uns noch einen Hocker dazu gekauft um die Beine etwas erhöht abzulegen.

Bin sehr zufrieden mit meiner Dampfdusche von AWT
Hallo, mit dem Umbau des Bades haben wir uns diese Dampfdusche eingebaut. Auch im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern, hat die AWT Dampfdusche hinsichtlich Design und Ausführung das Rennen gemacht. Die Beratung war gut und auch die Lieferung auf das gewünschte Datum hat tadellos funktioniert. Beim Einbau hat mir ein Installateur vor Ort geholfen. Auch wenn ich handwerklich nicht ungeschickt bin, wäre es schon eine kleine Herausforderung gewesen! Handbrause und Regendusche funktionieren einwandfrei, aber auch das Herz der Dampfdusche, der Dampfgenerator, tut seine Dienste. Das Aufheizen auf meine eingestellten 40° dauert ca. 15 Minuten. Die Kabine ist dicht, die Lichteffekte funktionieren und auch die Verbindung mit Bluetooth Geräten funktioniert einwandfrei. Nach jetzt ca. einem halben der Inbetriebnahme könnte ich keine Mängel feststellen und wir sind sehr zufrieden.
