At the heart of the control system is the UKU WiFi unit, which connects to the smartphone app via Wi-Fi. This allows you to conveniently preheat the Sauna Heater, regulate the temperature, and monitor sauna operation from anywhere. Depending on the model, heating capacities of 6 kW, 9 kW, or 10.5 kW are available—the heater is connected to 400 V three-phase power. The spacious stone bed, with a capacity of up to 150 kg, ensures particularly even heat distribution and exceptionally gentle steam.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?
The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.
How does delivery by forwarding agent work?
Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?
Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.
The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
