An integrated air tunnel reduces the heating time of Sauna Heater Huum Cliff 6/9/10.5 kW freestanding Sauna Heater with control unit by about 25% while also extending the service life of the heating elements. The three power settings—6, 9, or 10.5 kW—are suitable for sauna rooms ranging from 5 to 16 m³, and all models can hold 75 kg of sauna stones. The UKU control system included in the complete set is available in either a local or Wi-Fi version; with UKU Wi-Fi, you can conveniently control your sauna via the HUUM app on your smartphone. The included CLASSIC Black control panel can optionally be replaced with the GLASS or WOOD versions.

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.
How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?
The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.
How does delivery by forwarding agent work?
Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?
Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.
What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?
Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.
The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
