Die Helo SKLE series comprises four coordinated models - from 9.0 kW to 15.0 kW - for room sizes between 8 and 24 m³. Each model has a generous capacity for up to 60 kg of sauna stones, which ensures particularly even heat development and soft steam. The heaters are specially designed for intensive, daily use and are characterized by their robust, low-maintenance construction.

Digital control - precise control, simple integration

It is controlled externally via a WE40 relay box in combination with the digital Pure or Elite Free controller - ideal for all those who rely on precise temperature control, timer functions and user profiles. The control units are not included in the scope of delivery and can be individually adapted or retrofitted.

Whether you are planning a private wellness area or operating a commercial sauna - thanks to the graduated output variants, you will find exactly the right model in the SKLE series. Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
