In classic, square saunas, the heat often collects under the ceiling. In a Barrel Sauna, on the other hand, the heat is evenly directed back into the room along the curved sides, while new heat continuously rises from the Sauna Heater. This allows you to enjoy an intense and even sauna experience more quickly.

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
