Powerful and expressive—the Cozy 18 OG wood-burning sauna heater for rooms up to 22 m³

The Cozy 18 OG is designed for sauna volumes up to 22 m³ and holds up to 110 kg of sauna stones. The high stone mass effectively stores heat and produces a particularly soft, voluminous steam. COZY Heat develops and manufactures its products in Estonia—with its own engineering team and seamless quality control from design through delivery.

Sharp edges, rounded body—the distinctive design of the Cozy 18 OG

The OG design combines angular structural elements with an organically rounded body, creating a striking, masculine aesthetic. The 5 mm thick structural steel ensures durability even under constant thermal stress. Available in black or stainless steel, the Cozy 18 OG wood-fired sauna heater adds a design accent to any sauna. The stone grid is interchangeable, allowing for customization.

Low-emission and efficient – the combustion technology of the Cozy 18 OG wood-fired sauna heater

The optimized secondary air flow reduces fuel consumption by at least 25%, and in some test scenarios by up to 40%. Emissions are six times lower than those of comparable wood-burning sauna stoves. Logs up to 40 cm in length are completely burned. Certification according to BImSchV Level 2, EN 15821, and DIN EN 13240 confirms the outstanding combustion quality—without the need for additional filters.

Indoor or outdoor heating—the Cozy 18 OG wood-burning sauna stove for saunas up to 22 m³ offers flexibility

Available as a standard model with an interior heating system or as a TW model with an exterior heating system, the Cozy 18 OG adapts flexibly to a variety of sauna concepts. The TW model relocates the heating system outside the sauna room, keeping the interior free of wood and ash. The side safety clearance is only 230 mm—without a heat shield.

110 kg of sauna stones store the heat from the fire and release it into the room as mild, even steam. Infusions unfold gently without aggressive heat. The 5-year manufacturer’s warranty and strict quality control ensure the durability of the Cozy 18 OG wood-fired sauna heater. Matching sauna stones, a TW frame set, and a chimney ceiling vent are available as optional extras.

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
