With a 160 kg stone capacity, the Cozy 18 O is the model with the highest heat storage capacity in the entire COZY range. Suitable for sauna volumes up to 22 m³, it delivers particularly long-lasting heat and abundant steam. Since its founding in 2018, the Estonian brand COZY Heat has stood for a sauna experience centered on gentleness, durability, and quality.

Classic expanded metal and sturdy structural steel—the materials of the Cozy 18 O

The O-Design features an expanded metal grille that highlights the natural beauty of the stones and lends the stove a subtle elegance. The body is made of 5 mm thick structural steel and is available in black or stainless steel. The minimalist grille reveals the stones, making the Cozy 18 O wood-fired sauna stove the design focal point of any sauna.

Fuel-efficient and low-emission—the technology behind the Cozy 18 O wood-burning sauna stove

The Cozy 18 O’s optimized secondary air flow reduces wood consumption by at least 25%, and in tests by as much as 40%. Flue gas emissions are six times lower than with conventional wood-fired sauna stoves. Logs up to 40 cm in length are burned efficiently. Certification according to BImSchV Level 2, EN 15821, and DIN EN 13240 is achieved without additional filter technology.

Versatile installation – the Cozy 18 O wood-burning sauna heater for saunas up to 22 m³ with TW option

The Cozy 18 O is available both as an indoor-heated model and as a TW version with outdoor heating. The side safety clearance is only 230 mm from combustible materials—without the need for an additional heat shield. The TW version relocates the wood-loading area to the outside, ensuring a clean, comfortable sauna interior.

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
