With a stone capacity of 80 kg, the Cozy 12 Quattro is suitable for sauna rooms up to 12 m³. The generous stone mass reliably stores heat and releases it evenly into the room. COZY Heat, based in Estonia, develops and manufactures all stoves in-house—with decades of experience in sauna stove construction and an uncompromising commitment to quality.

Clean lines made of 5 mm structural steel – the design and materials of the Cozy 12 Quattro

The Quattro design features clean lines and minimalist clarity. The body, crafted from 5 mm thick structural steel, is built to withstand high thermal loads over the long term. Available in either black or stainless steel, the Cozy 12 Quattro wood-fired sauna heater complements a wide variety of sauna interiors. The interchangeable stone grid allows for customization of the appearance.

Clean combustion and low fuel consumption – the technology behind the Cozy 12 Quattro wood-fired sauna stove

The integrated secondary air system reduces wood consumption by at least 25% compared to conventional stoves. Emission levels are six times lower than those of comparable models. Logs up to 33 cm in length are burned efficiently. The Cozy 12 Quattro complies with BImSchV Stage 2, EN 15821, and DIN EN 13240 standards—without retrofitting or additional filters.

The Cozy 12 Quattro is available as a version with an internal heating system or as a TW model with an external heating system. The TW version keeps the interior of the sauna free of wood debris and ash. A safety clearance of just 170 mm on the side from combustible materials—without any additional protective cladding—opens up a wide range of installation options, even in spaces with limited room.

80 kg of sauna stones ensure a soft, voluminous steam without harsh heat spikes. The heat penetrates deep into the muscles and promotes lasting relaxation. Matching sauna stones, a TW frame set, and a chimney ceiling penetration set are available as optional extras.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
