Die Sauna wird in mehreren großen Paketen angeliefert, da sind ein paar Helfer beim entladen und vertragen der Elemente gut zu gebrauchen, Der Aufbau der Sauna ist logisch aber die Anleitung ist eher rudimentär, dafür ist jedoch der Support von FinA sehr gut, besonders durch die kompetente Frau Annemarie, Sie findet immer eine Lösung und ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Die Sauna selbst ist wirklich schön die Zuschnitte der Baugruppen passen saugend und funktioniert wie erwartet, wir haben eine große Freude damit.

1. calculate the room volume correctly
First determine the internal volume of your sauna:
Width × depth × height = m³ (cubic meters)
Example for the Ula Micro: 1.35 m × 1.25 m × 2.30 m = approx. 3,9 m³
Important:
If your sauna has glass elements, thin outer walls or a free-standing location in the garden, you should also add approx. 1.5 m³ per square meter of uninsulated area should be added. This so-called insulation reserve compensates for heat loss.
2. choose the right heat output
The following applies as a guideline:
1 kW heat output per 1 m³ room volume
- For 4 m³ → ideally a stove with 4 kW
- For intermediate values, round up rather than down - so that your stove works reliably even at low outside temperatures
3. note the power connection
Depending on the model and output, there are two variants:
- 230 V connection (earthed plug) for compact sauna heaters
- 400 V three-phase current (heavy current) for more powerful models
Note: The connection must always be carried out by a qualified electrician.

We deliver "free kerbside" as standard - this means that your wellness goodies are delivered to the street in front of your house. But don't worry: in Austria, we also offer transportation to the installation site! For some products, this service is even included in the installation package.
