As a further development of the classic Herkus concept, the Herkus Grand is Outdoor Sauna spacious Outdoor Sauna for up to six Persons. The enlarged basic shape with an integrated anteroom noticeably enhances the user experience and creates a smooth transition between the outdoor area and the sauna area. The curved interior geometry supports even heat distribution and promotes a particularly pleasant sauna climate.

The roof is available with either black bitumen shingles or a tarpaulin cover. Each sauna is made of natural wood, which can result in individual grain patterns and color nuances.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
