The pillow + sauna towel set combines an ergonomically designed sauna pillow with a generous sauna towel made of waffle piqué. Both elements are coordinated and accompany you through relaxing sauna sessions – quiet, functional, and pleasant on the skin.

Technology & functions – well-thought-out details in the pillow + sauna towel set

The sauna pillow comes with a separate cover and inner pillow, both of which are washable for hygienic comfort. The filling is made from 100% recycled polyester from our own production waste. The sauna towel has clearly distinguishable inside and outside sides and a second loop on the long side for convenient hanging.

Application & comfort – relax effortlessly with the pillow + sauna towel set

Place the sauna towel on the bench, position the pillow under your head or neck, and find your resting position. The pillow provides gentle support without applying pressure. After use, all components can be easily cleaned. The materials retain their structure and function even with regular use.

What should I look out for before ordering?

When is the load applied?

The amount is debited at the time the order is completed or according to the selected payment method. For payment services such as Klarna, the respective payment terms of the provider also apply.

Can I change or cancel my order at a later date?

Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
