The classic Finnish Sauna Heater generates high temperatures between 80 and 100 °C in dry air—perfect for anyone who loves the intense sauna experience with a classic infusion. The bio sauna heater, on the other hand, operates at milder temperatures (45–60 °C) and higher humidity, making it particularly gentle on the circulatory system and ideal for beginners, seniors, and families. If you want the best of both worlds, a bio combination heater is the perfect choice—simply switch between the two modes using the control panel.

For this model, we recommend a 9 kW Sauna Heater. When selecting a heater, please be sure to observe the safety distances from walls, wood paneling, and benches specified by the manufacturer—you can find all the details in the respective product manual or product data sheet.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
