We are always happy to accept requests for delivery dates. 🚛 The shipping company will normally contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange a fixed date - this way we can ensure that the delivery is made at your desired time in most cases. However, if it absolutely has to be on a certain day or at a certain time, let us know and we will do our best to make it possible. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Anfangs hatten wir Probleme mit unserem Ofen und er würde zur Überprüfung eingeschickt. Man hat festgestellt, dass das Thermostat kaputt ist. Der Ofen wurde ausgetauscht und der neue funktioniert einwandfrei. Annemarie macht einen guten Job. Sehr freundlich und Lösungorientiert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Wurde an einem Sonntag Vormittag super Beraten. Kurz nach der Bestellung wurde ich angerufen und mir wurde mitgeteilt das ich die Saunasteine nicht extra Bestellen brauche, da sie dabei sind und ich sie mir sparen kann. Einfach top. Wurde dann noch tel. über den Status der Lieferung informiert. Mehr kann man nicht erwarten. Gerne wieder!
