The Aquark Mr. Silence heat pump—whisper-quiet and energy-efficient—was developed especially for private pools where noise comfort and energy efficiency are key considerations. Thanks to InverPad® inverter technology, it operates primarily in the partial load range and maintains the desired water temperature particularly evenly throughout most of the pool season. The focus is on consistently quiet operation combined with high heating performance.

The corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy housing is clear, minimalist, and designed for long-term outdoor use. The so-called pad construction ensures garden-friendly installation and also reduces structure-borne noise. The surfaces are resistant to weathering and blend unobtrusively into modern pool landscapes.

Technology & functions – the Aquark Mr. Silence heat pump – whisper quiet & energy efficient

At the heart of the system is InverPad® technology with a continuously variable DC inverter system. A DC twin rotary inverter compressor from Mitsubishi, combined with a brushless DC fan motor, precisely adjusts power and speed to the current heat demand. The electronic expansion valve (EEV) regulates the refrigerant flow with particular precision and significantly increases efficiency. The twisted titanium heat exchanger increases heat transfer and is resistant to pool water. Operation is possible in an air temperature range from –10 °C to +43 °C. Two operating modes are available: Boost for rapid heating and Silence for maximum noise reduction.

Application & comfort – the Aquark Mr. Silence heat pump – whisper quiet & energy efficient

In silence mode, the heat pump achieves a sound pressure level of around 40 dB(A) at a distance of one meter—comparable to a refrigerator. Soft-start technology prevents power surges during start-up and protects the electrical infrastructure. The integrated Wi-Fi function allows the system to be conveniently controlled and monitored via an app. Stable operation even with fluctuating mains voltage further increases its suitability for everyday use.

Thanks to the high average COP value, a large part of the energy required is obtained from the ambient air. What should I look out for before ordering?

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
