EAGO products are manufactured in-house under strict quality standards, complemented by precisely manufactured components from selected suppliers. Each product line undergoes extensive final inspections to ensure functionality and durability.

How long does the manufacturer's warranty last and what is covered?
EAGO grants a legally compliant manufacturer's warranty of 2 years.
Material and manufacturing defects are covered. Wear parts, improper use or incorrect installation are generally excluded.
Are there exhibitions or showrooms where I can see EAGO products?
Yes, selected EAGO products are on display in our showroom.

What is an indoor whirlpool and what is it used for?
An indoor whirlpool is a Hot tub that is specially designed for indoor use, for example in a bathroom or wellness room. It offers massage functions, relaxation, and comfort in a compact space. Indoor whirlpools are ideal for private wellness areas in the home. They combine modern technology with aesthetic design. Depending on the model, they are suitable for one or more Persons.
What technical features do indoor whirlpools offer?
Indoor whirlpools have hydrojets in the walls and floor that enable different types of massage. In addition, color light systems, waterfalls, and digital controls are often integrated. Ozone disinfection and residual water drainage also ensure hygienic operation. The pumps are soundproofed and particularly quiet. The equipment may vary depending on the model.
Are there indoor whirlpools with or without aprons?
Indoor whirlpools are available with or without aprons, depending on the model and design. Aprons can be made of acrylic or wood. Acrylic aprons are usually removable, while wooden aprons are usually permanently installed. Models without aprons are particularly suitable for individual installation solutions. Availability depends on the model.
Are indoor whirlpools insulated?
Indoor whirlpools are usually not insulated, as they are designed exclusively for indoor use. Unlike outdoor whirlpools, they do not require special thermal insulation against weather conditions. Their construction is designed for use in temperate indoor environments. This makes them technically very different from outdoor whirlpools. Indoor whirlpools are not suitable for outdoor use.
How powerful are the massage functions in indoor whirlpools?
The jets of an indoor whirlpool offer effective massage functions for the back, legs, and feet. However, compared to outdoor whirlpools, the massage performance is lower because indoor models have less powerful pumps. This makes indoor whirlpools particularly suitable for relaxing applications. The exact performance depends on the respective model.
Do indoor whirlpools have a heating system?
Indoor whirlpools have integrated heating systems that regulate the water temperature. The heating system is mainly used to maintain the water temperature and not primarily to heat large amounts of water quickly. The temperature can be set via a digital control panel. Modern systems detect temperature changes and automatically adjust accordingly. The heating power varies depending on the model.

Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?
Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.
How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?
The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.
How does delivery by forwarding agent work?
Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.
Important:
- Access for trucks must be possible
- Sufficient clearance width and height required
- The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
- If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?
Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.
What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?
Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.
The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
