The WibeSide™ exterior paneling in gray is made of synthetic material, UV-resistant, weatherproof, and completely maintenance-free, complemented by a curved corner that gives the enclosure a distinctive design language. A sturdy WPS support frame forms the structural foundation, while the RGB waterline lighting provides subtle lighting accents. Two massage pumps, each with 2 HP, and a separate circulation pump reliably power the 59 jets of the Wibespa Moana, complemented by two air regulators and an integrated waterfall. The 3 kW heater efficiently brings the 825-liter tub to the desired temperature, while the Gecko control box (IN.YE-3) centrally coordinates all functions. Water treatment is handled by the Ozmix ECO ozone system, which ensures hygienically impeccable conditions with reduced chemical use. The power connection is available via 230 V depending on the model—the Deluxe Edition requires at least 1 × 20 A, and the Cinema Edition at least 1 × 16 A.

Substrate	The surface must be level, solid, and able to support a load of at least 1,500 kg. A concrete slab is ideal; existing patio slabs or pavers are acceptable if the subbase is solid and level. Grass is not suitable. Water must be able to drain away from Hot tub Hot tub.
Space requirements (all sides)	At least 50 cm on all sides, preferably 60 cm—the service technician must be able to access all four sides. If the Hot tub is installed on a patio, be sure to plan for access to the service door (usually on the side of the control panel).
Delivery	The Hot tub is delivered upright on a transport dolly—this makes it about 15–20 cm taller than its listed dimensions. Please check the clearance width, gate widths, steps, and tree branches in advance. If access is insufficient, a truck-mounted crane will be required; the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for this.

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
