The shell of the Wibespa Moana Outdoor Hot tub (3Persons 59 jets) is made of PU-reinforced acrylic in Arctic White—a material that combines durability with a flawless finish. The WibeSide™ exterior paneling in gray is made of synthetic material, UV-resistant, weatherproof, and completely maintenance-free, complemented by a curved corner that gives the enclosure a distinctive design language. A sturdy WPS support frame forms the structural foundation, while the RGB waterline lighting provides subtle lighting accents. In the Cinema Edition, the appearance is further enhanced by the WibeSide™ RGB corner lighting.

Two massage pumps, each with 2 HP, and a separate circulation pump reliably power the 59 jets of the Wibespa Moana, complemented by two air regulators and an integrated waterfall. The 3 kW heater efficiently brings the 825-liter tub to the desired temperature, while the Gecko control box (IN.YE-3) centrally coordinates all functions. Water treatment is handled by the Ozmix ECO ozone system, which ensures hygienically impeccable conditions with reduced chemical use. The power connection is available via 230 V depending on the model—the Deluxe Edition requires at least 1 × 20 A, and the Cinema Edition at least 1 × 16 A.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
