Two lounging areas—including the patented MySeat™ lounging area—and three seating areas offer personalized comfort in 956 liters of water. With 64 precision jets, the massage targets the calves and back, supported by two powerful 2-HP massage pumps. Depending on your needs, you can choose between the Deluxe Edition with a K-500 control panel and the Cinema Edition with EasyTouch controls, a tablet holder, and the MyMusic™ 2.0 sound system.

The shell, made of PU-reinforced acrylic in ARCTIC White, combines durability with an elegant, low-maintenance surface. The synthetic WibeSide™ exterior cladding in gray features rounded corners, weather resistance, and requires absolutely no maintenance. Maximum energy efficiency is ensured by the seamless ARCTIC MAX solid foam insulation, which minimizes heat loss and noticeably reduces power consumption. Atmospheric RGB corner lighting in the exterior cladding and an RGB spot at the waterline elegantly highlight the Wibespa Atlantis Outdoor Hot tub 5-Person 64-Jet even in the dark.

64 jets and Gecko control system – the technology behind the Wibespa Atlantis Outdoor Hot tub

Two 2-HP massage pumps and a separate circulation pump drive 64 precision jets that provide targeted massage to the back and calf areas. Four air controls allow for individual fine-tuning of the massage intensity directly at the pool edge. The Gecko IN.YE-3 control system reliably regulates the heater, pumps, and lighting, while the integrated Ozmix ECO ozone water treatment system ensures hygienically pristine water. Two Superfine filters complement the purification system and keep the water consistently clear.

The ergonomic MySeat™ recliner and three padded headrests invite you to relax completely, while the Long waterfall creates a soothing soundscape. The Cinema Edition enhances the experience with a tablet holder for streaming and the MyMusic™ 2.0 sound system. Depending on the edition, power is supplied via 230 V or optionally via 400 V, allowing the Hot tub to be flexibly integrated into existing electrical installations. The included Blacktex cover protects the water from contamination and keeps the temperature stable.

Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.

How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?

The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.

How does delivery by forwarding agent work?

Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Important:

  • Access for trucks must be possible
  • Sufficient clearance width and height required
  • The customer is responsible for transportation from the curb
  • If required, additional services (e.g. delivery to the installation site) can be arranged in advance
Can I set a preferred delivery date?

Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.

What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?

Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.

The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
