The robust acrylic shell is permanently stabilized by Poli-MAX™ polyurethane reinforcement and mounted on a durable WPS frame. For the side paneling, Wellis relies on the HorizonSide™ system—a UV-resistant plastic with an authentic wood grain that reliably withstands the elements. Five color combinations, ranging from Ice White to Midnight Canyon to Tuscan Sun, allow for precise coordination with the surrounding environment. The Scandinavian LIFE insulation system, featuring seamlessly integrated insulation panels, air pockets in the base plate, and an internal heat-reflective foil, combines aesthetic restraint with effective thermal insulation.

Water treatment is handled by the Ozmix™ system with ozone and a mixer, supplemented by two Superfine filter cartridges and the WellisGuard™ cleaning system—for up to 20 percent fresher water. The Easy7 control panel and the Gecko IN.YE-3 control box allow for precise control of temperature, pumps, and lighting—alternatively via Wi-Fi and a smartphone app. The integrated MyMusic™ 2.0 sound system with Bluetooth rounds out the technical features.

Can I change or cancel my order at a later date?
Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?
Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.
How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?
The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.
How does delivery by forwarding agent work?
Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?
Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.
What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?
Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.
The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
