A robust WPS frame forms the load-bearing structure, while the StarSide™ side paneling, made of UV-resistant plastic with a natural wood grain finish in brown or gray, ensures a timeless look. The LIFE Scandinavian insulation system combines seamlessly integrated insulation panels, air pockets in the floor panel, and an inner heat-reflective foil to create a highly efficient thermal barrier. This design reduces daily energy consumption to just 2.8 kWh—TÜV-certified according to the California Energy Commission standard.

The energy-efficient W-EC circulation pump, with a power consumption of just 0.25 kW, efficiently maintains the water circulation, while the WellisGuard™ cleaning system, in combination with the Ozmix™ system—which combines ozone and a mixer—ensures hygienically impeccable water that is up to 20% fresher. The Easy7 control panel and the Gecko IN.YE-3 control board allow for convenient adjustment of jet intensity, temperature, and lighting. The antibacterial MicroPlus filter cartridge complements the hygiene concept and simplifies regular water maintenance.

Can I change or cancel my order at a later date?
Changes or cancelations are possible as long as the order is not yet in production, commissioning or shipping. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Are there any restrictions on the right of withdrawal?
Yes, custom-made products, special designs and individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal. We will clarify transparently whether a product falls under this before or at the latest when the order is placed.
How long does the delivery take and will I be informed?
The delivery time is indicated directly with the respective product. These are valid as long as the item is in stock. Deviating, individually agreed delivery times have priority. We will actively inform you in the event of delays. You will receive ongoing information on the shipping status.
How does delivery by forwarding agent work?
Delivery is standard free curbside. This means that the goods are delivered to the nearest point that can be reached by truck.

Can I set a preferred delivery date?
Delivery date requests will be considered if possible. The shipping company will usually contact you one to two days before delivery to arrange an appointment. Fixed dates or times cannot be guaranteed. Express deliveries with exact delivery dates are possible on request.
What applies in the event of damage, missing parts or subsequent defects?
Please check the goods immediately upon delivery. Transport damage or missing parts must be documented and reported immediately with photos/videos.
The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to defects. We examine every case and take care of repair, replacement or an appropriate solution.
