| Substrate |
The surface must be level, solid, and capable of supporting a load of at least 1,500 kg. A concrete slab is ideal; existing patio slabs or pavers are acceptable if the subbase is solid and level. Grass is not suitable. Water must be able to drain away from Hot tub Hot tub. |
| Space requirements (all sides) |
At least 50 cm on all sides, preferably 60 cm—the service technician must be able to access all four sides. If the Hot tub is being installed on a patio, be sure to allow for access to the service door (usually on the side of the control panel). |
| Delivery |
The Hot tub is delivered upright on a transport dolly—this makes it about 15–20 cm taller than its listed dimensions. Please check the clearance width, gate widths, steps, and tree branches in advance. If access is insufficient, a truck-mounted crane will be required; the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for this. |
